The name of the restaurant was given by a hot rich veal leg soup popular all over the Caucasus and beyond. This is a favourite morning dish: probably because of its nourishment and caloric content, as Hash is able to satisfy hunger for the whole next day, or maybe because of its ability to relieve the hangover syndrome. Traditionally, it is added a lot of spicy herbs: parsley, coriander, celery. And they eat lavash and grated radish. So the dish turns out not only madly fragrant, but also nucleus. At home it is considered to be a men's dish, but in the restaurant "Hash", in addition to the classic variant, there is an author's recipe Hash, which is served in the form of cream-soup and is very much liked by the beautiful half of humanity.
