Located atop the Grand Mir Hotel, Harem Restaurant offers a good view of central Tashkent and boasts a wide range of well-cooked European and Turkish dishes. The staff are friendly and helpful; the best time to visit is at the beginning of the sunset - just to see the glittering gilded cross of Uspensky Cathedral a couple of blocks away.
