Established by a small group of friends in 2011. Mince has always set out to create the ultimate burger dining experience, a restaurant that would not only set a local standard, but also rival any established international brand. In 2014 Mince joined Mori Co Holding, which owns two of the most recognizable restaurant brands in Egypt - Mori Sushi and Tamara Lebanese Bistro, as well as Ted's and Tamara Elna who count a total of 25 branches spread across the country.
