Kotipizza was born more than thirty years ago in Vaasa. The franchise-based chain has become a nationwide pioneer. Today, Kotipizza is served in over 250 restaurants throughout Finland and is the largest pizza chain in the Nordic countries. More than 8 million pizzas are baked in Kotipizza ovens every year. The Holy Trinity, which is a fluffy pizza base, a sour tomato sauce and a succulent custom-made grater for Kotipizza, underlies the high quality of Kotipizza. Kotipizza was the first restaurant company to sign a Sustainable Social Commitment. Therefore, for example, all the raw materials used by Kotipizza are produced responsibly and over 50% of them are domestic.
