He presents Mediterranean cuisine in our menu in the form of specially selected and cooked dishes. In order to experience the Mediterranean, he relies on fresh products such as fish and seafood. They remain leaders in our menu being supplied weekly to us from the ports in Thessaloniki. Our goal is to transform the appearance of the former Greek restaurant “Kumbare”, by enriching the menu with dishes such as fresh pasta, selected Italian cheeses and salami, homemade Kaiser salmon and beef from Argentina, cooked according to your choice. Aesthetically, our inspiration stems from the sophistication of the Italian design, for which speaks the interior atmosphere of the restaurant. We had all the furniture and accessories shipped directly from Italy in order to create an atmosphere as close as possible to the coasts in southern Italy.
