Our restaurant is located in El Palmar, a district located on the shores of the beautiful Albufera Natural Park. The magic of this place inspired the Valencian author Vicente Blasco Ibanez who set his novel "Canas y barro" in this unique environment. El Palmar invites you to enjoy the enchanting views of the lake and captivates us while we contemplate some barracks preserved in time.
