Tekelioglu Cd Şemsi AKARCA who started as an apprentice in the informal workplace of Antalya which operates as İmren Restaurant after the primary school period, starts work again at the soup shop and tandır restaurant where the artisans eat at Atatürk Cad. He learned the sourness here and loved it. Then he starts working as a master in the insurance hospital and gains more experience. Now he feels ready to open his own business. In 1976 it opened its first operation in the Marketplace of Demirciler. Şemsi Usta moved to Yeni Demirciler Market in 1992 and then moved to Balbey Mahalles in 1999. His son, who was educated by Primary School, then left AKARCA to keep all his knowledge and experience at the same time, and asked for permission to rest. From a very young age, the President AKARCA has taken his experience from his father and put all of his experience and know-how in his respect and meticulousness, in a small operation of the escape, in two branches in Antalya. Without disturbing the taste of the palate, with the slogan "Babadan Soğla" with the bazaar of Carnival Balbey and Konyaaltı continues to serve with the same meticulousness and taste.
