ITALIAN Il Nido del Pettirosso offers to its customer a selection of red and white wines coming from Valle del Comino. The combination of the characteristics of the soil and climatic factors, results in red wines optimum phenolic ripening and optimal ratio between sugar and acid and whites producing significant quantities of aromatic precursors. SELECTED BEERS This results in high quality wines. The most famous wines are the D.O.P. Cabernet as red wine and Maturano as white wine. More than just wine however, we offer specially selected craft beers brewed using traditional methods patented by local monks of Montecassino. DIGESTIVES The digestive offered to Il Nido del Pettirosso come from a craft -laboratory of Val di Comino. The liquors are extracted from berries of plants of the National Park of Abruzzo and Lazio. The precious brandy Grand Reserve Cabernet is left to rest in oak barrels for 18 months.
