Lasarte Restaurant opened in January 2006. Lasarte is Martín Berasategui's cuisine embassy in Barcelona. One year after its opening, in 2007, Lasarte was awarded the first star inprestigious Michellín Guide and in 2010 obtained the second star. In the recently presented Michelin Guide 2017 Lasarte it is awarded with 3 Michelin stars. After a full renovation carried out recently, the new Lasarte Restaurant is surprisingly much more modern and with more spacious and bright look.
