With its simple décor, rustic wood details, white linens and vases of lavender reminiscent of the small villages and the hills of Provence, where Chef Susy Massetti’s grandmother and her first mentor was born, where Chef Susy herself spent most of the summers of her youth. Masso is a corner of peace in the midst of a busy city… suppliered by its own organic garden, the cuisine of Masso is rustic in its simplicity, genuine and inspired by local products and produce harvested daily. Masso is the first concept in the Island to supplier a farm2table policy. Changing with the seasons, the menu reflects the respect for the guests and the land’s wellbeing. “The food is good because we care” is the Chef’s motto.
