If a Forbes journalist ever asks me a question: “Why did the Italian restaurant become your first restaurant?”, I will answer quite frankly: “Because I don’t understand anything in Italy, but I love food and wine.” No nation in the world worships food as the Italians do. The two main worships in this country are food and sex. They are inseparable. Each dish has so much passion, emotion, some kind of insane energy. In cold Russia, this is not enough .... We are on the same "wave" with our guests - we do not have the word "no", we have, and why not!
