Gungor Family, while producing olive in Narlica town of Orhangazi district of Bursa, In the early 1990s, the olive trade started. We expanded our small-scale olives trade by launching our Gemlik factory , which was founded in 2003 on packaging and packaging production, with the supplier of our producers farmers and the incentives of our customers to sell olives . In 2010, we invested in our Akhisar factory , which is built on 30 acres of land with a storage capacity of 6,000 tons of olives and 20 tons of olive packaging per day . In the same year, we included Pinar Pickles and Olives in the famous Gedelek village of Orhangazi for 40 years. So all the olives and picklesWe have created our infrastructure to meet the demands and demands of our customers. Olives and pickles are harvested once a year. Therefore, the olives and pickled vegetables to be processed should be taken during the harvest period and stored under suitable conditions. Olives taken as raw during the harvest period lose quality and flavor if not stored in suitable conditions . Considering the increasing olive yield of our country, in 2016, we launched our integrated factory in Orhangazi's Gemic neighborhood, where we laid the foundation in 2014 in order to deliver the products we produce throughout the year in a stable manner to our customers . Our Gemic integrated factory has a product storage capacity of 15,000 tons. Gemic integrated Thanks to the latest technology packaging production lines in our factory, we are able to package 100 tons of products per day. We have a total storage capacity of 21,000 tons of olives and 6,000 tons of fermented pickles in all our plants. We deliver our products to many markets and retail outlets in 81 provinces of our country. We also export our products to nearly 20 countries , especially the Middle East, Turkish Republics, Russia and Europe . Hz. For example, we reduced the salt ratio of our black olives by 25% to 30% on average. In addition, our less salted, dried black olives are highly appreciated by our customers. In 2016, we started to produce pepper paste which is used as green olive filling in peppered green olives production in our Akhisar factory. Pepper pastry previously imported from abroad, 2 years we have done is a result of our R & D efforts and we are proud to be the first domestic company engaged in the production of pepper pie in Turkey. With the production of pepper paste, we contributed to the decrease of our country's imports, albeit at a low level, and we enabled other companies producing peppered green olives to produce more economically. In addition, our consumers produced under more hygienic conditions, have provided them to consume olives. As a result, we will continue our R & D studies to improve and improve our quality.
