The INDYK-ŚLĄSK company has been operating on the Polish market since 1997. Its roots go back to the Agricultural Farm, which dealt with turkey slaughtering, and over time began individual slaughter and wholesale sale of turkey elements. The dynamic development of the Agricultural Farm has led to the emergence of the company INDYK-ŚLĄSK, as an independent slaughterhouse, which currently due to its determination is dynamically operating on the market, constantly developing and enriching with new experiences. The company has farms where turkeys and slaughter animals are bred for their own needs. Starting its operations, INDYK-ŚLĄSK took into account the existing competition and the need for continuous investments aimed at satisfying the needs of its customers as much as possible. The success of the huge investment outlays for our company was the receipt of the decision of 1 July 2004 of the State Veterinary Doctor in Tarnowskie Góry regarding the trade permit for the markets of the European Union Member States. The development process of INDYK-ŚLĄSK is characterized by tremendous dynamics and creativity, which is confirmed by the continuous improvement of production technology and increasing the quality of our products, with particular emphasis on their health safety, which is supervised directly by a Veterinarian, as well as a team of specialists trained in this field. The company has implemented the HACCP system, i.e. threat analysis at critical control points, which has international acceptance as a system ensuring food safety. The strategic and primary goal of INDYK-ŚLĄSK is to meet the clients' requirements and also to anticipate their future expectations.
