Katrien De Boeck is the person behind L'AMUZE, a place where 'food' originated from passion, style and taste for fresh regional products, seasonal vegetables & surprising ingredients. A chef's training and its own cafe led to the creation of L'AMUZE and the associated personal approach and super service.
