In Sabuma we understand that the safest way of growth is quality and that the best way of quality is ecological. The main ingredient we use to make our ice cream is milk, since it constitutes between 60% and 70% of the total content of the mixture. For this reason, we conclude that the best milk we can use is fresh and organic milk brought directly from the farm. The relationship between quality and ecological is clear, but the relationship between zero and ecological kilometers is not contemplated. The carbon footprint left by organic products when brought from other countries is a point to review when it comes to respect for nature. To make our sorbets we use only organic and organic fruit. This ensures us to enjoy each variety of fruit in its optimum state of ripening.
