History: I belong to the 8th generation of a family that produces durum wheat in the country of San Petrus (Abruzzo) in Italy. We have been supplying Fara San Martino's pasta manufacturers with high quality hard wheat since 1930. The excellent quality of our products has been showcased by the world-renowned local pasta producers. In 1993 I decided to use the product of my land in the manufacture of ready meals. Today I offer a range of products made from hard wheat San Petrus, in a new modern and efficient workshop of 900m2 that fully meets the requirements of current standards. Manufacturing types: Hand-made. Raw materials of excellent quality. All preparations are perfectly cooked and temperature reduction. Only the final quality counts. No flavor enhancer, preservatives or dyes. Local origin as much as possible of commodities. Maximum reduction of CO2 emissions.
