In 1940, in the partnership of Nuh - Ahmet Eskiyapan brothers and Kemal Yurtbilir, a grocery store was opened in Ulus Hal. At that time, due to the scarcity of such stores and the services provided, it soon became a busy location where the state elders also shopped. After selling up to 6 tons of pasta in their stores, the idea of producing pasta is created. Ulus Windy Street was established in 1950 as the first workshop. Starting with 6 tons of production, does not grow on increasing demands, the search for alternative production place is entered. Due to the lack of capacity of the production space in time, it was decided to establish a modern factory in accordance with the technology of the time in 1955 on the land purchased in the Scythians.
