The "Mondo di Laura" artisan biscuit factory was born from the international professional experience of Laura Raccah. A journey that led Laura to realize a dream: to open her artisan pastry workshop. From each of his educational experiences in Italy and abroad and from his family history he took personal inspiration for his beloved biscuits. Our goal is to bring to Italy, as happens in northern Europe, a completely new cookie culture: no longer a product purely for large-scale distribution, but above all a "moment of sweetness" destined for occasions of relaxation, of culture and socializing.
