Bread, which we are all so familiar with, is interwoven with our food culture. Everyone grew up with it. Everyone has grown up with it. Bread is delicious. You can eat bread in all ways and at all times. It has a prominent place in our lives. But above all, bread gets you moving. The good nutrients in bread give you energy. Yet more and more people doubt bread. They doubt because they 'have heard things', because others 'say or write'. In the (social) media, from friends, during lunch at work. Is bread still healthy?
