We bake Germany's favorite pretzel! In 1919, the master baker Wilhelm Ditsch founded a bakery in the romantic old town of Mainz with the aim of baking the best pretzels in Mainz. Thus, Ditsch Laugengebäck was fast beyond the city limits "on everyone's lips". The Brezelbäckerei Ditsch GmbH is a medium-sized, frozen bakery producing company with headquarters and production facility in Mainz and another plant in Oranienbaum. Lye specialties, pizzas, croissants and snacks for snack and system gastronomy are our "daily bread".
