The origins of our company date back from 1936 when we started poultry breeding in an intensive way. Nowadays, Las Camelias S.A. is leaded by the members of the founding family’s third generation. Entre Rios is a province that has been influenced by different European cultures. To our working area arrived people from France, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Russia, Spain, and Belgium. The origin combination of our predecessors and the quality products of our land, one of the most important cereal production areas in the world, assure us two basic conditions that foodstuff must have: QUALITY AND COMPETITIVE PRICES. We are located in the heart of Argentinian poultry breeding, on the Uruguay river. Our activity is developed in an integrated way, covering from genetic to marketing; having under control each productive phase, something that allows us to certify our products traceability. Our plant works under the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) system, and operates under the BMP (Best Manegement Practices) code, achieving the ISO 9000 certification in 1998.
