Today's butcher shop has changed considerably over the years. We are no longer exclusively the artisan craftsman, but we have evolved into a general manager. Accounting, administration, personnel policy, sales policy, marketing and communication are increasingly part of the daily tasks of myself and my Keurslager colleagues. The association therefore provides supplier in all areas, including marketing and communication. Savings promotions, mood posters, the consumer magazine Approved, to name just a few examples. Making quality products alone is not enough, they must also be sold! Through the Keurslagervereniging we receive the necessary supplier to offer our products in a qualitative way. Packaging and presentation are also part of that. In addition, we also regularly have the opportunity to follow a course or to attend an interesting lecture. After all, learning to improve yourself is very important!
