We are proud to be an Australian owned company adding value to Australian agriculture. Our four modern state-of-the-art flour mills in the heart of the Australian wheatbelt produce a full range of wheat flours, bakery mixes and associated specialist products such as durum semolina for pasta, for domestic and export markets. These four mills together process over 1 million metric tonnes of wheat per annum; almost one-sixth of NSW’s total annual production. This is enough flour to make over 100 loaves of bread every second!
