While having 10-year experience of work in the Russian, Ukrainian and European markets, OÜ Kirderand is engaged in the manufacture of premium-class canned fish of filet of Estonian local fish species: lamprey, sturgeon, eel, pike, produced without any preservatives (with the storage life of 2-2.5 years). Lamprey is preliminary treated over wood char in the oven. The company produces deep- frozen fish (sturgeon, sander, pike and bream) and also makes preserves (with the storage life of 8 months) of lamprey and other fishes. OÜ Kirderand makes caviar and roe of trout (aquaculture) and pike roe.
