The Gorkunov Caviar House was founded along with the construction of the Yaroslavskiy Fish Hatchery in 2007. The Gorkunov Caviar House Brand was created to revive the traditional taste of Russian black caviar. The Gorkunov Caviar House is an active company with modern technologies to produce classical high-quality osetra caviar using a slaughter method. Company’s production facilities are located in the Village of Dubki, Region of Yaroslavl, at the Yaroslavskiy Fish Hatchery. The first caviar entered the market in December 2012 and have won the trust of consumers just within few months. The first osetra was grown at the hatchery in 2010. Obtained by the slaughter method and being non-pasteurized, the Gorkunov black caviar is distinctive by its traditional taste. Currently, the Company offers osetra and sterlet caviar. Other kinds of osetra caviar to be offered for sale in the future.
