Precious adage of our childhood. So, we take no risk to deprive ourselves of good things because daring diversity leads to beautiful discoveries. During a trip to Benin, Géraldine, my big sister was interested in the food resource of edible insects, first out of curiosity, then for their benefits, both nutritional and environmental. On her return, she shared with me her desire to bring to the table in a sustainable way a food resource that respects the environment, which is abundant, and yet was shunned at home. At present ALDENTO is ready to be tasted and to make us appreciate insects without upsetting our habits. Like their golden color, their taste is similar to cereals and their flavor is similar to that of integral pasta.
