It is in Seraing, in the Province of Liège that Alfiero was born. Its founder, Serhat, a young entrepreneur who graduated from the Liège Hotel School in French and international cuisine, did not foresee this destiny. Ambitious since childhood, he will take evening classes after school to get his basic management diploma, even before the legal age to run a business. It is in the family restaurant that he will launch tiramisu with his own recipe, which he will work and improve for almost a year until he achieves a perfectly mastered knowledge. The sales were such that the making of desserts had become his only occupation. In the space of a few months, the restaurant's kitchen was becoming smaller and he had to move quickly to a structure more suited to making dessert. The success was unprecedented, he founded Alfiero on the day of his 22 years and will market its products in all types of establishments such as supermarkets, fast food, snacks, etc. After declining tiramisus in 6 different flavors, today Serhat is working on new recipes for tiramisus and other types of desserts. Every detail is crucial: from home-made workshops, to consumer tastings, to employee ergonomics and sustainable development. Everything has been thought of and studied because it is the hallmark of Alfiero ... Today, the brand is in full expansion and intends to be present in the 4 corners of Belgium as well as the bordering countries.
