Tatbak; offers its products to the public in its own store and booths located in Hakmar Stores. The products are daily and the unsold items are collected without leaving the next day. The products prepared in Tatbak departments such as baklava, wrapper, kadayif and dry pastry are baked with 700 staff in Tatbak Manufacturing Factory, 600 in our Factory Sales Stores and a total of 1300 staff in a clean, diligent and dedicated work area. sherbet, packaging, packing and weighing individually on sensitive scales; ready for shipment.
