They make a big heart craft bread in the village of Karja, Saaremaa. They base themselves on the good old bread-making traditions of the island , adding carefully maintained yeast, including coarse-grained flour, generously quality ingredients and hand warming. Today, bakery products are sold all over Saare County, in addition to Tallinn and its vicinity, Pärnu, Tartu, Viljandi, Keila and Lihula. About half of the breads are out of Saaremaa. In addition to retail stores, Karja Pagar's customers include restaurants, cafes, schools, kindergartens. Bringing in the same house a so-called bakery directly supplies hot bread to the village, as well as other necessities for the nearby villagers. Fresh pastries, plate cakes and bespoke kringles also reach the bakery with great demand. All kinds of interesting things have happened over the course of a quarter of a century and the bread is still made thanks to the fact that they have the same passionate fans as themselves.
