Thanks to the Mediterranean climate and to an adequate diet of the autochthonous goat, the main raw material of our CAPRILLICE cheeses has such special characteristics. As cheese manufacturers, we have achieved national and international prestige through brands such as Capríllice (a benchmark in the world of pure goat cheese), Keslay or Illiqués. All of them are guaranteed by the highest standards of Food Safety. Since 1996, we have held the most important international quality certificates, the IFS (International Featured Standards) and BRC (British Retail Consortium) certificates.
