Meric Enterprises started its production in 1998 with 8 personnel and a capacity of 2.000 liters daily milk processing in 200 m2 closed area and increased its closed area to 2.000 m2, personnel to 52 and daily milk processing to 70.000 liters by expanding its facilities in a short period of time. Meric Enterprises continuing to improve every day are performing intensively the production of Fresh Yellow Cheese, MOZZARELLA an indispensable for Pizza and local Cyprus Halloumi Cheese. Meric started to offer quality and taste who loves meric products particularly in children with the production of UHT milk. Meric Enterprises successfully commercialize 80% of its total production to worldwide famous chain market extensions in Turkey as Metro Gross Market, Real Gross Market and Carrefoursa and produce to world’s giant ULKER halloumi under its own brand (ULKER ICIM HELLIM) and remaining part of the production is consumed in Northern Cyprus with same taste.
