Our company, which started olive production in 1982 as Aydar Olives, is home to many civilizations and today operates in the Akhisar district of Manisa, which has around 12 million olive trees. We are proud to present our products to our consumers by processing the products of our district which has its own species such as Domat Olive and Uslu Zeytin. Our new black olive processing department has an annual production capacity of 3000 tons of olives. Our company has adopted the principles of production that is sensitive to human beings, and has made and continues to make the necessary investments for the continuity of sustainable production and for leaving a better environment for the new generations. As the family of Aydar, we produce, consume, and recommend to everyone, the olive which is one of the most beautiful fruits in the world.
