Matlı is a food group in service with the purpose of supplying protein for Turkey. Omer Matlı, the founder of Matlı Food Group, has begun his business life with onion trade in Karacabey town of Bursa in 1965. Passing to cattle trade and in parallel to that dairy farming by the early 1970’s, Omer Matlı, with his commercial reputation and accrued capital as a result of the successes he got of these businesses, has entered paddy business. With the paddy factory he founded in 1980 he has stepped from trade to industrialism.
