In an autumn different from the others, it was 1889, in a mountain populated with ombúes and poplars, which framed the 36 farms and 54 fifths that made up the small town of Montes Grandes. Right there, in what at that time was the party of Lomas de Zamora, there was a small commercial society called "Coni, Sansinena y Cia", made up of true visionaries and enterprising men. They were in charge of devising and planning what today is our magnificent and beautiful city, as a town, colony and manufacturing and industrial center. In honor of this, from our small place in gastronomy, with exquisite flavors and aromas, we want to commemorate this important year of foundation.
