A new grill in Noord, with a smartass chicken in its logo. That's intriguing. Chef René Pina has over 30 years experience in hospitality and it defintely shows, here in this white brick building oozing Noord-Holland's rugged charmes. Besides burgers, there is a good deal of meat on the menu, served with no guilt on the side, because Pina makes a point of only using honest ingredients.
