BANLiYö was born with the idea of presenting the tastes of Anatolian cuisine with the most natural, fresh and local ingredients with the theme of gourmet street delicacies by using the unique accumulation of thousands of years of Anatolian culture. The menu and design in the suburban was created by Gökhan Çilak, a graduate of the Academy of Culinary Arts.
