Our story begins in August 2018 when the idea between our General Manager and our Founder is born to make a quality International fusion Restaurant in a cool place just steps from the sea, seeking to merge Latin and Asian flavors. This is how the search for the most internationally and nationally recognized chefs began. Our Itamae with backgrounds in countries such as Turkey, Brazil, Uruguay, Japan and more, joined this project in order to deliver the best and authentic sushis, with selected and quality products so that our distinguished clientele can find a unique flavor in our products and with the fortune that it is in a great city called Arica. It is so with this great team accompanied by great Garzones opened its doors on January 2, 2019 to deliver first-class attention, dishes with a unique flavor and original and Itamae-level sushi.
