Vietnam Discovery was born in Recoleta in 2008 based on attractive Vietnamese cuisine, based on recipes of family origin and therefore 100% traditional. During these years they have been perfecting these recipes as part of a constant search for first-line raw materials, enchanting those who dare to explore their gastronomic vision.
