At Banh Mi we are dedicated to making unique food based on the most special flavors of Southeast Asia using the best local products. We look for the balance between the unusual and the homemade to present a delicious gastronomic style. At Banh Mi, we highlight the taste of the products through our ceramic smoker grill, the woks calming heat, the stability and uniformity of the sous vide and the constancy of the dehydrator. We turn the ordinary into something special through the natural fermentation of vegetables, the dry maturation of meats and the maceration of fruits and spirits. We seek to achieve more sustainable production in the kitchen, we focus on finding different and generally unused products and cuts of meat. Our menu is constantly changing updating our proposal with new dishes and specials.
