Tajfun is Asian vegan bar, rooted in Asian street food. We draw from home, traditional recipes from the Far East based on local products. We make homemade pasta, we ferment vegetables ourselves. We make kimchi, curry pastes and we also grow our own kombucha. Our menu is changeable. Both in terms of season and seasonality of ingredients, as well as the inspiration we bring to our kitchen.
