MOMO pan asian kitchen is the gastrobar of chef Roman Kalinin. We are convinced that the future lies in food that inspires, pleases the eye and receptors, and preserves a sense of lightness and comfort. Designed by Moscow designer Yulia Ionova, the interior is made in the spirit of comfortable Scandinavian minimalism. The gastrobar has soft light and natural wood, kraft ceramics from small Ekaterinburg workshops and comfortable furniture of famous Danish designers. The ceiling is decorated with the author's pixel panel made of 700 thousand pieces of colored mosaic and glass spheres with luminous Scandinavian fog, and the walls are decorated with neon signs with waving cat's foot and string art installation made of threads, created with the participation of the institution's team. MOMO's menu places special emphasis on fresh fish, wok and desserts. In the gastrobar you can taste new sushi with warm Californian rice and natural chopped wasabi from Japan, Hawaiian poké with Faroese salmon, five kinds of seviche with author's sauces and tropical fruits, salads with various superfoods like cinoa, chia and Edamame beans, as well as unusual desserts, such as cheesecake with citrus yuzu under a mandarin dome.
