The restaurant invites customers to a bold taste of Mexico in a warm, inviting ambience where people will enjoy authentic flavours from Mexico, prepared in a contemporary set-up. The restaurant promises to offera dedicated and prompt customer service. The name Fuego is inspired by ‘fire’ or ‘flame’ that is induced in Mexican food through both, flavours and sight. The flavour is that of the Mexican chillies used as an ingredient and the sight is presented by the live flame used in cooking the food. Celebrity Chef Anil has conceptualized the food on offer at Fuego and the same has been authenticated and executed by Chef de Cuisine Jose Manuel Puma from Mexico City. The menu includes Mexican favourites such as the popular seafood delicacy – ceviche. You can also find signature specials such as slow-cooked Lamb Shank Barbacoa and the Tres Leches a dessert made with three stages of milk.
