West Australian owned and operated business, Rubra Coffee is a well-established Perth coffee roaster. Since 2004, Rubra has been providing state of the art coffee training and roasting award-winning coffee for the retail, wholesale and café market. Rubra Coffee’s commitment to quality is demonstrated with our 27 medals collected for coffee excellence from the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show. From humble beginnings, our family owned business has grown to include a drive through coffee outlet - Rubra on the Go Hilton in 2014. In 2017 we established Rubra on the Swan, a café located on the stunning Swan River beside the West Australian Rowing club.
