To get that perfect cup of coffee, Sierra imports high quality green coffee from countries like Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala and Ethiopia, roasting the beans in Bishkek to ensure freshness and quality of flavor. For drinks and a menu that reflects global tastes, we carefully select our ingredients, develop recipes by interacting with our staff and clients, and work daily to ensure we are consistent and tasty.
