Angela Verbaarschot, manager for many years at Eetcafé de Lachende Koe and Beach Club Sneek, among others, has big plans for the building. “You can go to the grand café all day long. In the morning for delicious coffee, during the day for a healthy lunch, a nice drink and a good dinner. And it will be wonderful to sit under the covered and heated terrace, even in bad weather.” Verbaarschot is going one step further with her plans: “On the other side of the building, we will open a fourth location of Eetcafé de Lachende Koe in the same period. The successful all-in concept has already proven itself in three locations in Friesland. We serve lunch and dinner with unlimited drinks for a reasonable price. So something for everyone!”
