In June 2005, our dream became a reality: we opened a patisserie in Barcelona offering unique pastries, chocolates and sweets. We hoped to create a new realm of desserts in the city, totally different from anything that had been seen before: a patisserie that would evoke a jewelry store, not only through its interior design, but also through creative product display. And so, Bubó was born.
