Tortilla Flats is located on the beach in the small surfing town of Dominical. We are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner serving everything from fat breakfast burritos to awesome footlong subs, and beautiful tuna steak dinners. The beers are cold, the people are great and the view is amazing. We have happy hour everyday from 4 to 6 so hope to see you here! :)
