Kanuck is the first restaurant to bring Canadian culture, art and cuisine to Portugal, combined with the Portuguese roots of its host Felipe Gomes. It is located in one of the most emblematic avenues in Lisbon, Av Antnoio Augusto de Aguiar. With a refined atmosphere, meticulous decoration, where Canadian culture and the professionalism of good Portuguese service abound. The cuisine is based on fresh products where the Portuguese flavors of Canadian dishes come together to create the extraordinary succulence of our tasty and delicious cuisine. The restaurant's name is a tribute to the Aboriginal people of Canada and derives from the native word “kanata or Canada” for a cluster of dwellings.
