The institution focuses on the student audience of generation Z, because it is located next to three universities. Politehnikum is a two-storey establishment with a total area of 550 m2. The number of seats is 180. There is a bistro on the first floor, the second floor serves as a restaurant with a full menu and an author's cocktail list. At Politehnikum you can taste American, Italian and Japanese cuisines, homemade desserts and signature cocktails.
