Patron and host Peter Van den Driesschen is no longer unknown to many who have visited Kelderman in the past. Peter has been welcoming his guests with great flair and enthusiasm for more than 30 years. Since June 2017, he has been running Kelderman fish restaurant together with his young and dynamic team. “Making people happy is my greatest happiness.” – Peter Chef Peter Aesaert is our new passionate chef who loves the real French classics. Peter has made his mark in well-known houses such as Comme chez Soi, Het Laurierblad, Hof van Cleve... He is assisted by Ayrton and Aline, two young chefs full of energy and passion for the kitchen.
